Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes. If you would like to pay by credit card, you need to know all credit card transactions take place through PayPal – a vendor who provides a secure on-line server so your transactions are protected. To shop, simply browse my web site and place items you want to purchase in your shopping cart. When you are finished, click on the Check Out option. You will then be transferred to PayPal to continue with your secure purchase.


Q. Do you accept phone orders?

A. We do accept phone orders Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time and 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday. We may not always be available to take your call but if you leave a message, in most cases your call will be returned that day. At times it could be longer (such as when exhibiting at a show) but we will call you back as soon as possible. Please be clear with any orders or inquiries so we might better serve you when we do speak.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with the photos you ordered, just return them (at your expense) in the condition purchased within 30 days for a refund. You must e-mail us for a return authorization number. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.


Q. What if I have a question about your photos?

A. You may phone Howard during the normal business hours noted above. If you do not reach him, please leave a message. All calls will be returned as soon as possible. You may also send him an e-mail. Generally, he checks e-mail at least twice daily. See e-mail address below.


Q. What method of shipping do you use?

A. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Federal Express can be arranged should your needs be more urgent.


Q. Do you offer other mat colors?

A. No, I do not. I carefully selected these acid free white matboards for several reasons. First, the white double mats will invariably complement most any surrounding decor, not compete or clash with it. Second, they allow the artwork to stand on its own, as it should, rather than running the risk of it competing with multi color mats that were intended to be complimentary. Finally, standardizing in white helps me to keep the price of these higher quality matboards the very lowest they can be to you. Click here to see a sample photograph double matted in white .


Q. Can the photographs be purchased without mounting or matting?

A. Yes. You may purchase the photograph by itself for a modest discount off the matted price. Call or E-Mail for price quote.


Q. May I buy from you in person or pick up my order in person?

A. Yes, and No. You may purchase artwork from me in person at various Fine Art Festivals throughout the country. However, we are not a retail store so we cannot accommodate requests to pick up purchases in person. Arrangements may be made for local delivery when efficiency or logistics dictate the need. Q. Can I purchase photographs already framed and ready for hanging.

Q. Do you wholesale to galleries, retail outlets or provide artwork for businesses or corporations etc.?

A. Yes. Please call so we might discuss further and schedule an appointment.
